UFC Vegas 115: Duncan vs. Moicano Odds, Best Bets & Predictions

Last week’s fight card in Seattle, Washington, was amazing. But the train does not stop; this week’s fight card will be the eighth of fourteen straight fight cards. The UFC returns to the UFC Meta APEX, where there will be 13 fights on this card. UFC Vegas 115 goes down this Saturday at 5 p.m ET on Paramount +. Let’s dive into UFC Vegas 115 and give you guys my predictions.

UFC Vegas 115: Duncan vs. Moicano Odds, Best Bets & Predictions

Chris Duncan -180 vs. Renato Moicano +155

This main event takes place in the Lightweight division. Duncan is a heavy -180 favorite, and he has improved over his last few fights. Chris Dunan is 6-1 in the UFC and has great striking with decent grappling. I love the forward pressure and aggressive fight style Duncan brings into this fight.

Money Moicano is more of a friendly fighter for the UFC. He quickly learned that cutting a promo and having a good persona was extremely important to his standing in the company. Moicano was on an impressive four-fight win streak from 2022 to 2024 before he ran into Islam Makhachev in his only title fight. Now, being 36, turning 37 in May he might only have one more run in him.

Very surprised by the line movement in this fight. Moicano opened up over a -200 favorite, but we’ve seen massive money come in, and now Duncan is almost a two-dollar favorite. I understand why Moicano hasn’t looked good in his last two fights. Moicano’s advantage lies on the ground, in the grappling. The question is, can he get Duncan there?

Duncan, on the other hand, has to keep this fight on the feet and force Moicano into a stand-up war where he has the advantage. Just don’t get wild and stay calculated so you don’t get caught. Duncan arrives with tremendous momentum and the striking ability to catch him. I don’t see this fight lasting too long.

Pick: Under 2.5 rounds -132

Virna Jandiroba -125 vs. Tabatha Ricci +105

This women’s Strawweight chief support is my favorite fight on the card. Seventh-ranked Tabatha Ricci is an explosive fighter who has solid BJJ. Unfortunately, in this fight, she lacks the size to give Jandiroba any problems on the ground. Once third-ranked Virna Jandiroba takes you down and controls your back, it’s pretty over.

Jandiroba will be the bigger woman in the cage and also carry a three-inch reach advantage. At 37, she will also be the more experienced fighter who is just coming off a championship loss to Mackenzie Dern.

I believe Jandiroba is trying to put her last fight behind her and begin a new run at the belt. She’s big for the strawweight division, highly experienced, and has faced the most elite women in the division and has held her own. Jandiroba will do all she can to transition this fight to the floor, where her size will eventually be too much for Ricci.

Pick: Virna Jandiroba ML -125
