Dan Lanning and The Oregon Ducks have firmly established themselves as a transfer portal powerhouse. NIL began in 2021 since then the Ducks have brought in 51 portal additions, Often being ranked top 10 portal classes each year. Over the past 4 seasons with the addition of, Dante Moore, Evan Stewart, Christian Gonzalez, Bear Alexander, and many more. It seems as though Dan Lanning and the Ducks show no signs of slowing their aggressive portal approach. Let’s Preview some of the 2026 Oregon ducks transfer portal class. 

Dylan Raiola, QB

In 2025 Raiola suffered a season ending broken fibula. Previously a two year starter at Nebraska, Dylan Raiola Entering his name in the transfer portal came as a major surprise. Raiola was the Cornhuskers starting Quarterback the past 2 seasons, leading the team to an overall 13-9 Record. In 2024 Raiola Set Nebraskas freshman records with 67.1% completion percentage and 2,819 passing yards. With Current Oregon Ducks starting quarterback Dante Moore deciding to return for his senior year, it was a calculated move by Raiola to compete while developing behind Moore.

Koi Perich, SAF

It’s a bird, it’s a plane. No ducks fans that’s just koi perich. Former Minnesota Golden Gopher and freshman all American Koi Perich has found his new home at Oregon. In 2024 Perich led the Big Ten with five interceptions as a freshman, he was All Big Ten first team in 2024 and Second team in 2025. Racking up a total of 128 tackles, six interceptions, and two forced fumbles on the defensive side. Koi Perich versatility sets him apart. With over 1k in return yards and offensive ability Dan Lanning struck gold with koi Perich. 

Inversion Hooks, WR 

Iversion Hooks may not be a household name of college football, but his impact on the field is very well known. During The 2025 game against Memphis, with 172 yards Iverson Hooks set a single game FBS record for receiving yards against a ranked opponent by an underclassman. His 11 catches are also tied for fifth most in single game UAB history. Hooks then also received American conference player of the week. Dante Moore and the Oregon Offense adds another explosive weapon, it’ll be an exciting 2026 season to see this new connection. 

Markus Dixon, TE/Edge

Former Philadelphia Catholic League standout, Markus Dixon entered his name in the transfer portal then was quickly pursued by Dan Lanning and the ducks. Dixon the former Clemson tiger, was first originally recruited to play tight end. Playing in only 15 games throughout his 3 years as a Clemson Tiger. By the end of the 2025 season Dixon was taking snaps as an Edge Rusher. In 2024 Markus Dixon was an ACC Honor Roll selection. It’ll be an intriguing offseason to see where Dan Lanning fits Dixon into the defense.

Aaron Scott Jr. CB 

Previously a Five star, Aaron Scott Jr. was ranked as the country’s #2 Cornerback before committing to Ohio state in 2023. Since then Aaron Scott Jr has appeared in back to back season’s for Ohio state. In 2025 Scott played in the final 7 regular games for the Buckeyes, recording a total of 11 tackles. While his production has been limited, Dan Lanning is betting on his long-term upside of Scott Jr to help improve the defensive backs room at Oregon.

Conclusion

The 2026 College Football season is finally underway. With the addition of 14 new transfers, Dan Lanning faces more questions than answers. Spring football is here, and the Ducks couldn’t be more prepared. Previous transfers like, Dillion Gabriel, Boe Nix, and Tez Johnson prove Under Dan Lanning’s regime Oregon’s transfer portal blueprint has consistently delivered. This new transfer class for the Ducks has much to prove this upcoming season.
