Report: Raiders Sign LB Quay Walker to a Three-Year Deal

The Las Vegas Raiders are signing linebacker Quay Walker to a three-year, $40.5 million deal with $28M guaranteed, per NFL Network Insiders Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport.

Raiders Make Key Addition

Since entering the league, Walker has been a vital component of Green Bay’s defense. The former first-round pick has totaled 469 combined tackles (264 solo), 9.0 sacks, and one interception. Walker has led the Packers’ defense in tackles every season since being drafted. He has also worn the green dot on defense for multiple seasons. Walker was voted team captain for the first time in 2025.

Former defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley spoke glowingly of Quay Walker’s leadership and growth as a player.

“His communication, the way he’s calling things out, the way he’s studying the game, the way he’s practicing, his leadership on our team, to me, is at a whole different level on the field and off the field,” Jeff Hafley said. I think he’s taken a step, and I believe there’s more room. I love being around the guy right now, and I give him a ton of credit. He’s doing an awesome job.”

With the Raiders, Quay Walker reunites with his former Georgia teammates, Nakobe Dean and Eric Stokes, who both signed three-year deals with Las Vegas earlier today.
