For my final position group of summer scouting, I rank the top 5 offensive line prospects who could enter the 2027 NFL draft. It’s a strong group, but lacks a bona fide consensus top talent. My number one offensive lineman is taking what I’ve seen from him in action and projecting it to his 2026 college football season.
There’s a ton of talent who can become dominating blockers at the next level, but there are improvements to be made by all to reach true blue chip prospect status. The potential for all is there and I’m excited to watch them grow throughout the 2026 season.

1. Jordan Seaton, OT, LSU
6’5″ | 307 | 21 | Junior
Strengths
• Ideal left tackle build. Strong upper body, wide shoulders, long arms
• Great feet. Good kick step and great movement in the run game
• Mirrors rushers well
• Dominated the competition
Weaknesses
• Not challenged at Colorado
• Can play high at times in the run game
• Hands can get outside on occasion
What I’m Looking For in 2026
• How does he play against elite competition?
• Elite combine performance
• Move people more easily in the run game
• Block on an island against power and speed
2. Austin Siereveld, OT, Ohio State
6’5″ | 325 | 21 | Junior
Strengths
• Great lateral movement
• Works well against multiple defenders. Picks up twists and stunts and tags multiple defenders in the run game
• Mirrors rushers well
Weaknesses
• Struggles to move powerful defenders in the run game
• Can be beaten with quickness inside
• Can anchor against power in pass protection, but doesn’t dominate
What I’m Looking For in 2026
• Create more movement against strong run defenders
• Appears stiff in the hips. Get lower to create leverage
• Dominate top competition
3. P.J. Williams, OT, SMU
6’5″ | 313 | Senior
Strengths
• Dominant downhill run blocker
• Immense power. Anchors in pass protection and a people mover in the run game
• Great hand placement. Always inside and in control
• Blocks through the whistle. Takes defenders to the ground regularly
• Good kickstep to stay in position in pass pro
Weaknesses
• Lacks lateral quickness
What I’m Looking For in 2026
• Appears larger than 313
• Size and arm length a concern for playing OT in the NFL?
• Competition level
• Can he get outside consistently against speed rushers?
4. Trevor Goosby, OT, Texas
6’7″ | 314 | 21 | Junior
Strengths
• Absorbs power rushers with ease
• Locks on defenders in the run game
• Moves to the second level well and in control
• Powerful in run and pass game
Weaknesses
• Handles his assignment, but doesn’t dominate in the run game despite great power
• Struggles to gain ground against speed rushers
• Inconsistent pad level and hand usage
What I’m Looking For in 2026
• Gain ground against speed rushers
• Channel his power more consistently
• Dominate in the run game
• Hands inside more consistently
5. Carter Smith, OT, Indiana
6’5″ | 313 | 22 | Senior
Strengths
• Great leverage, staying low to anchor
• Shields well in the run game
• Has the power to dominate downhill
Weaknesses
• Can stop feet once latched, leaving himself vulnerable to second moves
• Hands are outside too much, giving up leverage and susceptible to holding calls
What I’m Looking For in 2026
• Better hand usage. Refined rushers with good hands will give him trouble
• More killer instinct. Has the power to dominate but doesn’t use it consistently

As I round out summer scouting position by position, the draft content will continue. My lone preseason mock draft will drop the day the regular season starts (9/9). I’ll roll out “honorable mentions”, highlighting 5 players to watch who didn’t make it into the top 5 of their positions. “My Guys” will be my flag plant for potential draft crushes of my own.
