NFL Week 12 Must Sit

Welcome to NFL Week 12 Must Sit! This week, we are going to dive into the week that the NFL needs. The NFL has been struggling to get good games on the field, so this is an article you may want to skip, as it focuses on the players who make those games boring.

Emanuel Wilson

Josh Jacobs went out with a knee injury in the first half last Sunday against the New York Giants. Emanuel Wilson took over for him as the lead back, as he has played second fiddle to him all season long. Jacobs has been practicing (limited), but cannot fully bend his knee. He has a decent chance to play this week, and Emanuel Wilson was a hot waiver target. Some people will feel as though they have to start him to validate the FAAB they used this week. Sit him if you can. He is boom or bust, and I do not trust the workload for week 12, no matter who starts.

Zach Charbonnet

Early in the year, it looked as though Zach Charbonnet was going to take over the backfield from Kenneth Walker, but lately, Charbonnet has seen very little workload compared to his early-season numbers. I understand that the Seattle Seahawks play the Tennessee Titans this week, but all in all, Charbonnet’s snap share has greatly decreased as of late. He has been under 50% in the last three games. Now, he has seen over 10 carries a game in the last two. His numbers are conflicting, but I do not trust him.

DJ Moore

DJ Moore is a shell of his former self. He has a great game where he put up over 21 fantasy points just three weeks ago, but in the last two weeks, he has less than 3 points combined. It is getting sad for Moore as new Bears Head Coach Ben Johnson is not dialing it up for him any longer, and quarterback Caleb Williams does not seem to share the same enthusiasm for Moore as one-time starter Justin Fields did. The Pittsburgh Steelers‘ secondary has been playing much better as of late, to boot. So it should only get worse for Moore in Week 12.

Rachaad White

Well, I thought I could include this name because Bucky Irving would be back this week, but that is not the case, as he was ruled out again for an 8th straight week. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in shambles when it comes to injuries, and this Bucky Irving injury keeps getting worse. White has been a serviceable backup in the absence of Irving, but last week, he was usurped by the all-powerful Sean Tucker, who nearly scored 35 fantasy points. He was tremendous in a loss to the Buffalo Bills. He looks to be the lead-back after that performance, and White is on the outs. Bench White in Week 12.

Mack Hollins

Mack Hollins is ranked as a wide receiver 4 this week. Why? Well, l I am not totally sure because it’s Mack Hollins. Although he has played pretty well in the flex three out of the last four weeks, the balloon is sure to pop soon. Stefon Diggs, DeMario Douglas, and Kayshon Boutte are clearly the better options for MVP favorite Drake Maye. Bench Mack Hollins this week.
