The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to trade Maxx Crosby to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for 2026 and 2027 first-round picks, per Adam Schefter.
MAD MAXX
A fourth-round selection (106th overall) by the Raiders in the 2019 NFL Draft, Crosby has appeared in 110 games, making 104 starts. Since entering the league, Crosby has recorded the sixth-most sacks (69.5) and leads the NFL in tackles for loss (133). Over his seven-year career with the club, he totaled 439 tackles (278 solo), 29 passes defensed, 11 forced fumbles, and three fumble recoveries. He has earned Second-Team All-Pro honors twice and has been named to the Pro Bowl five times.
Although the future for Las Vegas looks promising, Maxx Crosby is tired of rebuilding. The star pass-rusher has had six different head coaches and five general managers. During his time with the Raiders, the team has had one winning season and made the postseason just once.
The trade makes sense for both parties involved. Maxx, who will turn 29 before the 2026 season, will get to play meaningful football with his new club. And for the Raiders, they can use the additional draft capital to build their franchise from the ground up.
