The Los Angeles Chargers have agreed to sign guard Kayode Awosika.
Awosika comes to the Chargers after spending the last four seasons with the Detroit Lions as a key depth piece for their offensive line. Over the course of his four year run with the Lions, Awosika appeared in 50 games and started 11 of them.
Awosika will now join an offensive line group comprised of Joe Alt, Rashawn Slater, Tyler Biadasz, Cole Strange, Trevor Penning, and Trey Pipkins. They will now turn their attention to the 2026 Draft to get one more piece for the interior offensive line to battle it out for starter positions for the upcoming season.
