Philadelphia Eagles 2026 pending Free Agents

The Philadelphia Eagles 2025 season was nothing short of a roller Coaster. Even though the defending Super Bowl champions went on to have a winning record (11-6), earning itself a home playoff game, the Eagles suffered a very disappointing loss to the 49ers, ending their season. The Eagles have 21 pending free agents. Many are key starters such as TE Dallas Goedert, SAF Reed Blankenship, and LB Nakobe Dean to name a could either be re-signed or leave Philly. Howie Roseman has a lot of big decisions this offseason, here’s a full breakdown of who stays and who goes.
Dallas Goedert Contract Prediction
Drafted by the Eagles in 2018, Dallas Goedert has been nothing less than a perfect puzzle piece for them offensively. Since 2021, Goedert isn’t just second in yards after catch (YAC) among other TEs, but also fifth in yards per game. This past season Goedert set his career high with 11 touchdown catches, also tied for second among TEs. Dallas is a vital puzzle piece that the Eagles desperately need to re-sign. In 2025 Goedert’s contract was restructured to save the Eagles 4 million in cap space. A two year contract for $20 million seems doable. The NFC East champions must prioritize their offensive stability and re-sign Dallas Goedert.
Will Nakobe Dean Return?
Former Bulldog, general on the field and fan favorite Nakobe Dean’s past Three seasons with the Eagles have been filled with ups and downs. Sorry Birds fans, but the likelihood of Nakobe Dean being re-signed by Howie Roseman is slim. Dean has been very injury-prone since being drafted in 2023, not completing one full season yet. In the 2025 draft the Eagles selected Jihaad Campbell stout LB from Alabama to add depth, with the huge contract Extension LB Zack Baun received last offseason it’ll be very surprising if the Eagles gave Nakobe a long-term contract.
Reed Blankenship Re-Signing Prediction
One half of the Exciting Whites may be leaving the nest. Reed Blankenship was an undrafted free agent (UDFA) signee back in 2022 out of Middle Tennessee State. His first play as an Eagle, the following season he picked off Aaron Rodgers and never looked back. From UDFA to team captain, Reed has been a valuable player for this great Eagles defense. But will he be re-signed? This is all up to Howie Roseman. Is Reed Blankenship a valuable player for the Eagles? Yes. Can a player of the same caliber replace him? Yes, If Reed isn’t looking for a huge contract. Offering Blankenship three years for $18-20 Million seems doable for both sides. The Exciting Whites will return in the 2026 season.

Eagles Offseason Outlook
Howie Roseman and the Philadelphia Eagles have many more hard decisions to make regarding the rest of their free agents. Players such as Jaelan Phillips, Jahan Dotson, and Brandon Graham. Re-signing core starters while replacing aging core veterans may work. With not much cap space to use in 2026-27 it’ll be an intriguing offseason to see what The Great Howie Roseman has up his sleeve regarding his pending free agents. Will fans be screaming “Go Birds” or sobbing “Bye Eagles Bye”?
