The Arizona Cardinals have signed wide receiver Michael Wilson to a three-year extension, the club announced Thursday. The deal includes $47 million guaranteed.
“It’s great for the Cardinals,” head coach Mike LaFleur said. “It’s great for his teammates, this locker room. It’s good for our fan base. Anyone that really knows Mike, you can’t help but root for the guy.”
Over the Cardinals’ final eight games, Wilson recorded 10+ receptions and 100+ receiving yards three times, joining Rams WR Puka Nacua (4) and Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase (3) as the only players in the NFL with at least three games of 10+ receptions and 100+ receiving yards in 2025.
“This is a special player who I don’t even think has come close to reaching how good he could be,” LaFleur said. “He has a growth mindset every single day. He’s about process. He’s just about all the right things that you want in a football player, on top of being an incredible human being.”
The 26-year-old wide receiver set career highs in receptions (78), receiving yards (1006), and touchdowns (7) last season, but the Cardinals believe his best years have yet to come.
