As we hit the final countdown to the NFL’s premier spring event, the NFL Draft, I’m reviewing the 2025 season for wide receivers with my Consistency Charts.
It was pretty obvious who the leaders were going to be after the great seasons by LA Rams’ Puka Nacua and Seattle’s Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
But what surprised was the pair didn’t dominate the five categories I used to determine my consistency charts.
But they did dominate the most important columns – week in, week out performances in the WR1 range.

Let’s take a deeper dive of the Top 12 from my list!
Consistency Charts: Puka & JSN
The duo reign terror to defensive backfields in the NFC West and the rest of the NFL last season.
Nacua will enter the 2026 offseason workouts with some questions with his recent off field issues, but he was an unstoppable force in fantasy in 2025.
His consistency of providing WR1 numbers (15 of his 16 weeks played) landed him at the top of my charts.
Elite target volume (176) paired with a strong reception rate gave him one of the safest floors in fantasy even though his TD rate wasn’t elite, but the sheer volume made up for it.
JSN proved the Seattle management made right choice to make him their No. 1 WR in 2025.
The third-year WR quietly matched Nacua in consistency with slightly better efficiency metrics (higher yards per rate). He was also less TD-reliant and more volume-driven, making him one of the best values at WR in PPR formats.
Different routes
LA Rams’ Davante Adams, Detroit’s Amon-Ra St. Brown and New Orleans’ Chris Olave rounded out my Top 5, but their paths were different.
Adams missed 3 games, but he was Matthew Stafford’s TD go-to guy. Adams caught 14 TD passes to lead the league and land him in the No. 3 spot. His elite TD efficiency was 23.3 percent which was almost 5 points higher than No. 2 Cincinnati’s Tee Higgins (18.6 percent) but can he produced those numbers in 2026?
St. Brown and Olave earned their Top 5 spots through the volume route, like Nacua and JSN.
St. Brown is still the engine that runs the Lions passing game. His reception rate was fourth (27.5) and he had 13 out 17 games as a WR1. He was not overly explosion last season but you could count his consistent numbers week in and week out.
Olave’s health has been the thing keeping out of the Top 12 WRs the last couple of seasons. But he played 16 games in 2025 and his reception rate from my charts was sixth at 25 percent.
The Rest of the Top 12
Kansas City’s Rashee Rice appears to be heading into the 2026 season without any off the field issues, but what he does on the field that will keep him as a Top 12 pick in upcoming re-drafts.
Rice has Top 12 numbers in TD over targets and touches rate and a Top 12 numbers in reception rate (26.5 percent).
Cincinnati’s Ja’Marr Chase continued to be a volume hog with his 188 targets and touches, but a down year in the TD column kept him out of the Top 3.
Dallas’ George Pickens and CeeDee Lamb came in at No. 8 and 9. Pickens had a breakout season with Top 12 finishes in yards rate (15.4) and reception rate (21.9), while Lamb had a down year in the TD column, as well, despite his usual workload.
Houston’s Nico Collins continued to be the Texans’ target workhorse despite missing 3 games, while Baltimore’s Zay Flowers had his best season of his young career. He has had 128 targets and 86 receptions in 2025.
Cincinnati’s Tee Higgins finished off the Top 12 with his TD efficiency, gaining a Top 12 in two stat TD columns.
Where’s Michael Wilson?
Arizona’s Wilson finished 38th on my Consistency Charts thanks to the slow start of the 2025 season. However, in his final 8 games, he had 7 WR1 weeks and has a consistency number of 2.34 in those games.
The Cardinals will be hard pressed to not feature him in 2026 as the top WR target and the team’s No. 2 target behind tight end Trey McBride.
