NFL Week 11 Must Sit: Judkins, Tet, & More!

Welcome to NFL Week 11 Must Sit. This week has some fun fantasy matchups after a rather dud week last week. I am excited to see what happens, but to avoid disappointment, consider starting these five players in the matchups that they have this week.

Quinshon Judkins

Quinshon Judkins has been one of my favorite players to watch this fantasy season. He has had four excellent games so far this season. Of course, he has some limitations being in the Cleveland Browns offense. That is my issue with him this week. The Cleveland Browns are coming off a letdown game against the Jets, but they are facing a red-hot Baltimore Ravens team that has everything to use. The data from the first matchup for Judkins against the Ravens is largely unusable because this was his first game back. The Ravens will be angry this week, and their defense has played much better since they have been healthy in recent weeks. Let him sit this week and start him next if you can.

Romeo Doubs

Romeo Doubs is ranked as a WR2 this week. This is in large part due to the injuries that Green Bay Packers pass catchers like Matthew Golden and Tucker Kraft have had over the past couple of weeks. Doubs has only finished as a wide receiver twice this season, and only one of those instances was an impressive performance. I would not trust him in my starting lineup this week as the Packers offense and Jordan Love have looked in despair over the last two weeks, even though they play the New York Giants, who are in Despair.

Tetairoa McMillan

Tetairoa McMillan has been one of my favorite players that I have been buying into all season, but as of late, it has been a tough watch for the Carolina Panthers‘ offense. To be honest, my blame will go on Bryce Young. He is unable to push the ball down the field, similar to the likes of Justin Fields. It has been brutal for McMillan as the catchability of his passes has been extremely low, even though his targets are largely there. McMillan has a wonderful talent and would be great if he had someone serviceable throwing the ball down the field, but against these Atlanta Falcons defensive backs, I do not trust this week’s matchup with the man who is getting him the ball.

Courtland Sutton

At the beginning of his career until now, Courtland Sutton has been your quintessential WR2, but over the last three weeks, the Denver Broncos have looked to Troy Franklin over the veteran Sutton. He has accumulated a total of just over 20 fantasy points. This is a very difficult thing to withstand. I do not see it getting any better either. Sutton has played second fiddle in an inconsistent offense. The Denver Broncos are 8-2, but ask anyone, and they are not as good as their record indicates. Bo Nix has opted for Franklin, and I do not anticipate that to continue this week against the Kansas City Chiefs. Although the Broncos have a comfortable lead on the Chiefs, it is not a foregone conclusion that the Chiefs are out of the hunt for the division crown. Look for the young bucks in Harvey and Franklin to take over this week if the Broncos want to keep establishing this young talent and defense identity.

Tyrone Tracy Jr.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. has disappointed since he was thought to take over the starting running back role for the New York Giants. The Giants have split the workload between Tracy and Devin Singletary thus far, and I do not anticipate that to continue. He is ranked just outside the top-24 for running backs this week, and I do believe it could be an issue for those considering starting him as a flex play. Tracy saw a 23% upgrade in snap share for his second week as the primary ball carrier and was successful with them. Running 14 times for 71 yards, but the receiving role was limited as his touchdown equity will be for the rest of the year. I would like to see his usage in a Jameis Winston-led offense before starting him.
