Parker Washington, WR (JAC)
Rostered: 18%
Parker Washington has become one of the top waiver wire targets in fantasy football after emerging as the Jaguars’ go-to receiver in Week 9. With Travis Hunter sidelined, Washington took over as the team’s primary slot receiver and finished with eight receptions for 90 yards on a 26.4% target share. His production wasn’t a fluke, as he had already seen an increasing role before Week 9, recording a 77% route share and over 20% target share in his previous outing. Washington’s usage out of the slot and Trevor Lawrence’s tendencies make him a valuable Flex play, especially in PPR formats. It is also worth monitoring the injuries to Brian Thomas Jr and Dyami Brown from this weekend, which could elevate Washington’s role even further.
While the Jaguars’ upcoming matchups against the Texans and Chargers present tougher tests, Washington’s role in the offense ensures he should see steady volume going forward, which could make him a strong WR4 despite the tough matchups. As long as Hunter remains on IR and Thomas is limited, Washington projects as a solid streamer. His emergence could not come at a better time for teams in need of a plug-and-play WR immediately off the waiver wire.
Harold Fannin Jr, TE (CLE)
Rostered: 42%
Harold Fannin Jr. continues to fly under the radar, making him one of the more baffling guys still rostered in under 50% of leagues. The rookie tight end has delivered TE1 production consistently, ranking as the TE12 in fantasy points per game with four top-12 weekly finishes. He owns a strong 16.6% target share and has seen that mark jump up to 19% since rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel took over. Despite ranking 14th in red zone targets and 7th among TEs in air yards share, he only has 2 touchdowns. His expected points per game would bump him up to the TE8 this year based on his early-season usage, so it is reasonable to expect better days are ahead.
Coming off Cleveland’s bye, Fannin should continue to see an expanded role, especially if David Njoku gets traded. The Browns face a favorable matchup against the struggling New York Jets defense when they return from the bye, giving Fannin immediate streaming appeal. His mix of consistency, volume, and red-zone usage makes him a must-add on the waiver wire for any fantasy manager lacking stability at tight end.
Devin Singletary, RB (NYG)
Rostered: 5%
With Cam Skattebo heading to injured reserve, Tyrone Tracy appeared to be in line for a significant workload the rest of the season, but that was not the case in Week 10. Tracy shared snaps with veteran RB Devin Singletary. Singletary out-snapped Tracy 32-25 and led the backfield in touches with 10 total opportunities despite a negative game script. His late-game involvement, especially after Tracy appeared to tweak something late in the third quarter, signals potential for an expanded workload moving forward if Tracy misses any time. Prior to the injury, the snaps were still split 50/50 with Singletary operating on short yardage and goal line work.
If Tracy’s injury lingers, Singletary could step into a full-time role as the lead back. Even if it remains a committee, Singletary’s role on early downs and at the goal line makes him a viable depth add in deeper leagues. Facing a brutal Bears defense in Week 10, which just gave up 40 points this past week and allows the most yards per play in the NFL, he could deliver immediate Flex value for fantasy managers searching the waiver wire for running back help for this week.
Troy Franklin, WR (DEN)
Rostered: 48%
Troy Franklin has emerged as a reliable fantasy option and one of the most appealing wide receiver adds on the still rostered in under 50% of leagues on the waiver wire. Despite a quiet Week 9 against Houston, where he caught four passes for 27 yards, Franklin maintained a robust 27% target share and continues to be a key piece of Denver’s passing attack. Before that, he had stacked multiple strong performances, including a WR1 finish in Week 8. His 18.6% season-long target share and 20.6% first-read rate confirm his established chemistry with Bo Nix, who Sean Payton continues to play him the 2nd most out of any Broncos pass catchers, right behind Courtland Sutton.
Looking ahead, Franklin faces a favorable matchup against the Raiders, who have allowed the fourth-most points to opposing wide receivers since Week 4 on Thursday Night. Then the Chiefs’ defense has been vulnerable at times this year, the following week. While the Broncos did struggle this past week against offense, they will rebound over the next few weeks against easier matchups. Fantasy managers in need of upside or a consistent WR4 should prioritize Franklin on the waiver wire, as his role and usage make him a valuable midseason pickup.
Sam Darnold, QB (SEA)
Rostered: 42%
Sam Darnold, we have seen over the last two seasons, looks like a completely different player and is reaching new heights in Seattle. Darnold was flawless in primetime against the Commanders, completing 21-of-24 passes for 330 yards and four touchdowns. That performance marked his fourth top-10 fantasy finish of the season and sixth double-digit outing overall. He’s currently rostered in just 50% of ESPN and 42% of Yahoo leagues, which feels criminal given his recent run of success and is currently sitting at 5th in MVP odds entering Week 10.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba has helped contribute to Darnold’s stellar season as he leads all receivers in fantasy points this year. Even with a tougher matchup against an Arizona defense allowing just 15.14 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks, his efficiency and safe floor shown throughout the season make him a strong start. If you’ve lost a quarterback, like Jayden Daniels, or are battling inconsistency at the position, Darnold should be a top priority on the waiver wire this week. The Seahawks are red-hot, and Darnold’s play has them in contention for a Super Bowl this season.
Joe Flacco, QB (CIN)
Rostered: 47%
Joe Flacco has revived his career in Cincinnati, instantly becoming one of the hottest quarterbacks in the NFL with his performances over the past few weeks. Since taking over as the starter in Week 6, Flacco has averaged 25.5 fantasy points per game and topped 18 points in every outing. Week 9, he reached new heights, throwing for 470 yards and 4 touchdowns, resulting in a 30-point outing. With an aggressive 40.9 pass attempts per game, Flacco is going to have one of the best pure volume numbers every week at the quarterback position.
Although Cincinnati is on bye next week, Flacco’s rest-of-season schedule is favorable, ranking 3rd among all quarterbacks in easiest strength of schedule. His chemistry with Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins makes him a weekly top-12 option if the matchup is neutral or favorable. Don’t forget the Bengals’ defense can’t stop anyone, which will result in similar volume for Flacco going forward. Managers streaming quarterbacks or dealing with injuries should grab Flacco from the waiver wire immediately before he returns from his bye week.
Colston Loveland, TE (CHI)
Rostered: 23%
Colston Loveland delivered the breakout game fantasy managers were waiting for, catching six passes for 118 yards and two touchdowns in Week 9. His 29-point performance topped all rookie tight ends this season and showcased his upside with an increased role. His emergence came after Cole Kmet exited with a concussion, giving Loveland nearly every tight end snap down the stretch. With back-to-back productive outings and a growing role in the Bears’ offense, Loveland has earned serious long-term consideration. His chemistry with Caleb Williams across the seams has improved noticeably over the last two weeks, given his increased role.
If Kmet remains sidelined, Loveland is an immediate TE1 streaming option against the Giants this week. Even once Kmet returns, Loveland’s performance could force Chicago to expand his usage. Remember, the Bears used their 10th pick on Loveland for a reason; he is going to continue to be a key part of this offense going forward with the draft capital they invested in him. Managers should prioritize adding him on the waiver wire, as he has the talent to produce as a TE1 given a bigger workload down the homestretch.

Alec Pierce, WR (IND)
Rostered: 29%
Alec Pierce is finally flashing his upside, making him one of the best wide receiver stashes available on the waiver wire. The Colts’ deep threat exploded for six catches and 115 yards in Week 9, leading the team in targets. He continues to function as the team’s X receiver with an impressive 20.4-yard average depth of target, which is over double that of any other Indianapolis wideout. Pierce’s 501 receiving yards are the most among available receivers in most leagues, yet he remains touchdown-less, signaling positive regression ahead.
Pierce’s rest-of-season schedule includes several secondaries vulnerable to vertical plays, including Atlanta and Tennessee, which rank bottom 10 in the NFL in explosive pass plays over the last three weeks. As the Colts’ offensive identity continues to evolve around different playmakers, Pierce’s ability to stretch the field makes him an irreplaceable weapon in this offense. Fantasy managers looking for a consistent WR4 to plug-and-play should add Pierce from the waiver wire, especially in leagues that reward big plays and yardage bonuses.
Dylan Sampson, RB (CLE)
Rostered: 13%
Dylan Sampson is another strong addition from the waiver wire in fantasy football after Quinshon Judkins left Week 8 with a shoulder injury. Sampson took over as the Browns’ lead back, playing 19 of the final 27 offensive snaps and handling most of the rushing work down the stretch. He’s been productive in limited action earlier this season, including an eight-catch performance in the opener, showcasing his dual-threat skill set. With Cleveland returning from their Week 9 bye, Sampson has a prime window to earn more work if Judkins’ injury lingers.
The Browns have one of the most favorable remaining schedules for running backs, and Sampson could slot in as a short-term fantasy starter if Judkins potentially misses time. His pass-catching upside makes him particularly appealing in PPR leagues, and he’s available in more than 85% of leagues. Fantasy football managers should add Sampson off the waiver wire as an insurance policy with potential Flex value. If Judkins is ruled out for Week 10, Sampson will immediately enter the RB2 conversation against the New York Jets.
Tank Bigsby, RB (PHI)
Rostered: 26%
Tank Bigsby is a high-upside fantasy football waiver wire stash with the potential to become Philadelphia’s lead back if Saquon Barkley misses time. The rookie logged nine carries for 104 yards after Barkley left Week 8 with a groin injury, showcasing his potential upside in a better offense. Once Barkley went down with his injury, Bigsby slotted into a bell cow role, playing 13 of 16 offensive snaps. Last season, Bigsby also showed flashes of upside in Jacksonville, ranking among the best in the NFL in yards after contact. His combination of power and a strong offensive supporting cast makes him an intriguing option this week.
The Eagles return from their bye week with a tough matchup against the Green Bay Packers, but there is some hope if Bigsby does take over as the starter. This past week, they allowed Rico Dowdle to rush for 130 yards despite ranking as one of the toughest matchups in the league entering the week. Fantasy managers with bench space should consider stashing Bigsby from the waiver wire, as any Barkley setback would instantly elevate him into RB2 territory.
Buffalo Bills, DEF
Rostered: 43%
The Buffalo Bills’ defense is heating up at the perfect time for fantasy managers in need of a reliable streaming option. Over their last two games, the Bills have racked up 10 sacks and continued to pressure opposing quarterbacks with one of the league’s most underrated pass rushes. On the season, Buffalo’s defense has produced 25 sacks, 4 interceptions, and 5 fumble recoveries while allowing a stingy 20.9 points per game.
In Week 10, they get a struggling Miami Dolphins team that appears to be unraveling offensively. Tua Tagovailoa has thrown seven interceptions in his last four contests, and Miami mustered just six points in a blowout loss to Baltimore in Week 9. That combination of recent offensive woes and Buffalo’s defensive momentum sets the stage for a potential top-10 fantasy finish this week. The Bills’ D/ST should be a priority fantasy football waiver wire add for Week 10
